The Engine Oil Change Point Permit process has gained even greater importance with the “Regulation on the Management of Waste Oils” published in the Official Gazette dated December 21, 2019, No. 30985. This regulation requires businesses that perform engine oil changes to fulfill certain obligations regarding waste management. Businesses must temporarily store waste oils, obtain the necessary permit by applying to the authorized Provincial Directorates, register with the online programs provided by the Ministry, and report their engine oil change information through this program.
As Tim Forklift, acting with awareness of these obligations, we aim to keep our environmental management system at the highest level. The care we show in waste management is of great importance both for protecting the environment and for fully fulfilling our responsibilities in the industry. During the process of obtaining the Engine Oil Change Point Permit, we fully met all the criteria required for the temporary storage of hazardous waste. In this process, we created a storage area with a concrete floor, no drainage connection to the outside, a locked door and a “Hazardous Waste Temporary Storage Area” sign. Designed for the temporary storage of waste oils, this area is fully enclosed on all sides to protect it from external factors such as rain and snow.
As a result of these efforts, we successfully completed all the required procedures by January 1, 2025, and hold the Engine Oil Change Point Permit. This achievement is not just the receipt of a document, but also an important step toward fulfilling our responsibilities as an environmentally conscious business and reinforcing our pioneering role in the industry.

As Tim Forklift, we will continue to play a pioneering role in environmental management and the responsible management of waste oils. We thank you for being with us on this journey and emphasize the importance of every step taken toward a sustainable world.
