Fork Positioner Attachment

Fork positioners are one of the most common forklift attachments, allowing you to adjust the fork spacing hydraulically. Loads of different widths can be picked up and transported smoothly. Fork positioners are available with bolted forks (length may vary depending on the application) or without forks, so the forklift’s original forks can be used.

Fork positioners make forklift operation more flexible, and cost efficiency increases thanks to greater handling capacity. Depending on the version or attachment type, the attachment has a separate or valve-controlled side shift, or in some cases no side shift.

If wide adjustment ranges are required, frame-based fork positioners are the right choice. With overall widths that must correspond to the width of the forklift, this attachment can hydraulically adjust the fork spacing beyond the width of the forklift; it is not suitable for clamping.
